Article 1: America is the homeland of the American people; it is united, indivisible, and the American people are an integral part of the homeland.
Article 2: The American people possess the legal right to defend their homeland and have the right to determine its destiny in accordance with their wishes and entirely of their own accord and will.
Article 3: The American identity is a genuine, essential, and inherent characteristic; it is transmitted from parents to children. Nothing can make them lose their national identity and their membership in the American community.
Article 4: Americans are those born of at least one American nationalized parent. Simply being born on American soil doesn't automatically make one an American. Anyone can become an American.
Article 5: Americans never lose their American identity or any of the rights afforded them as Americans.
Article 6: Anyone on American soil that is not an American doesn't automatically have the same rights as Americans.
Article 7: That there is an American community and that it has material, spiritual, and historical connection with America are indisputable facts. It is a national duty to bring up individual Americans in an American manner. All means of information and education must be adopted in order to acquaint the American with his/her country in the most profound manner, both spiritual and material, that is possible. All must be prepared for armed struggle and ready to sacrifice wealth and life in order to maintain the American way of life.
Article 8: At times, armed conflict is the only way to protect Americans. Americans support a strong military, and provide resources to ensure America has the most effective and efficient military in the world. It is the duty of all Americans to serve their nation as a member of the military.
Article 9: Commando action may be necessary to protect Americans and American interests. This requires the mobilization of all Americans. It also requires committed unity among all American people, no matter their race, color, ethnicity, sex, age, language, or religion.
Article 10: Americans have three mottoes: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness; Freedom; and National Unity.
Article 11: American people believe in American unity. In order to contribute their share toward the attainment of that objective, however, they must, at the present stage of their struggle, safeguard their American identity and develop their consciousness of that identity, and oppose any plan that may dissolve or impair it.
Article 12: American unity and the protection of Americans are two complementary objectives, the attainment of either of which facilitates the attainment of the other.
Article 13: The destiny of America, and indeed American existence itself, depend upon the destiny of the American cause. From this interdependence springs America's pursuit of American goals. The American people play the role of the vanguard in the realization of this goal.
Article 14: The protection of Americans is a national duty and it attempts to repel aggression against the American homeland. Absolute responsibility for this falls upon America as a nation - peoples and governments. Accordingly, America must mobilize all its military, human, moral, and spiritual capabilities to participate actively with the American people in the protection of the American people and their way of life. If necessary, all Americans must be prepared to offer and furnish fellow Americans with all possible help, and material and human support, and make available to them the means and opportunities to protect themselves and live and grow as Americans.
Article 15: The protection and defense of America, will provide the Motherland with an atmosphere of safety and tranquility, which in turn will safeguard America's way of life for all, without discrimination of race, color, ethnicity, sex, age, language, or religion. Accordingly, the people of America look to all spiritual forces in the world for support.
Article 16: The protection and defense of America, from an international point of view, is a defensive action necessitated by the demands of self-defense. Accordingly the American people, desirous as they are of the friendship of all people, look to freedom-loving, and peace-loving states for support in order to perserve their legitimate rights, to re-establish peace and security in the country, and to enable its people to live free...free from fear, free from oppression, free from discrimination.
Article 17: Americans reserve the right to self-protection by any means necessary.
Article 18: Any nation-state, state sponsored or non-state sponsored group, or individual, that threatens Americans or their way of life is an enemy of all Americans and face retaliation, and ultimately, destruction.
Article 19: There will be no negotiation on the American way of life.
Article 20: America has established itself as the sole world super-power and model for democracy. In no way does this detract from the soverignty of other nation-states or peoples.
Article 21: The American people believe in the principles of justice, freedom, sovereignty, self-determination, human dignity, and in the right of all peoples to exercise them.
Article 22: For the realization of the goals of this Charter and its principles, the American Security Union will perform its role in the protection of Americans in accordance with the Constitution of this Organization.
Article 23: The American Security Union, is responsible for the American peoples continuous struggle - to protect its homeland, and protect Americans wherever they live.
Article 24: To fight and carry arms to protect Americans is a right.
Article 25: There is no written guidance for operations of the American Security Union.
